Support 850 children to School in Ghana

The  project is to provide an opportunity for 850 children living in the underserved communities in the Ashiedu Keteke sub Metro district in Accra to have access to quality education. Ashiedu Keteke sub metro district is one the underserved community located in Accra Ghana, with population of approximately 85,000 inhabitants.

In these communities 30% of children are out of school and roaming on the street of Accra looking tied distressed and rejected. Parents of this children usually called (Kaya ye) who are supposed to pay their children school fees fail to do so, due to high unemployment and homelessness.

By supporting children to have access to education through child sponsorship program, they will gain higher educational moral standards and also prevent them from steeling, armed robbery, drug abuse and other social vices in society.

850 children would be armed with knowledge and skills needed to become responsible adults in future and help transform our communities. It would also help prevent social decadence such as drug abuse, armed robbery and above improved the social standing in communities.

Breaking the cycle of poverty demands an action greater than the cycle of poverty. That action is education, especially for the children living in the underserved communities.(President of Solid Rock Ass)
